We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our adverts work and to show our adverts to people who have visited our website. When you visit our public pages (such as the home, pricing, sign-in and sign-up pages), the Meta Pixel sends Meta the address of the page, your browser and device details and your IP address. It also tells Meta when you create an account or ask us for a meeting. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you, for example if you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram.
We do not tell Meta which pages you use after signing in, and we do not send Meta your invoices, customers, amounts or anything you type into forms.

We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how people find and use Invoicely so that we can improve it. PostHog records the pages you visit, where you came from (for example a search engine, social network or advertising campaign), your browser and device details and your IP address. On our public pages it also records which links and buttons you click.
When you are signed in, PostHog links this activity to your user number and your organisation number, and records actions such as signing in, creating an invoice or quotation, sending an invoice or turning on two-factor authentication. We do not send PostHog your name, email address, passwords, customer details, invoice contents or amounts, and we do not record your screen or what you type into forms. Private details are removed from page addresses before they are sent.
PostHog stores a cookie and a small amount of data in your browser to recognise returning visitors. Its servers are in the United States. For more information, see PostHog's Privacy Policy.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
